Praveen is an internationally experienced lawyer, strategic advisor, and diaspora leader with over two decades of professional expertise across India and the United Kingdom. He has advised stock exchanges, banks, payment institutions, telecom operators, and multinational enterprises on international commercial law, cross-border market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, corporate-commercial transactions, joint ventures, dispute resolution, and governance matters. He also advises boards and senior leadership teams on corporate governance, regulatory strategy, risk management, and ethical decision-making within complex international business environments.

Alongside his legal and commercial practice, Praveen actively supports innovation-led business ecosystems and emerging technologies, particularly within financial technology (FinTech), blockchain, embedded payments, artificial intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and digital commerce platforms. His work and strategic interests focus on the evolving intersection of regulation, governance, innovation, and international business transformation.

As Regional Vice President (UK & Ireland) of Global Indian Organisation, Praveen contributes to strengthening global diaspora engagement, institutional partnerships, policy dialogue, and strategic UK–India collaboration across business, culture, innovation, and community leadership. He is also committed to social impact and mindful leadership through pro-bono legal initiatives, corporate wellbeing programmes including Yog Nidra, and lectures on the Bhagavad Gita and the Yog Sutras of Maharshi Patanjali exploring ethics, governance, leadership, and conscious living in the modern world.
