Journey & Milestones
Originating from the humble village of Hampapura, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, Mr. Lakshmana’s journey is truly inspirational. Beginning his career in 1990 as a technician in Belgaum after completing NTC and NAC certifications, he went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts and later an MBA in Finance.
1999 – Launched his first proprietorship firm.
2006 – Evolved into a partnership firm: LTG Constructions.
Later incorporated as LTG Constructions Private Limited, and eventually as LTG Infrastructure Private Limited, to professionalize operations.
On 25 June 2016, the company became LTG Infrastructure Limited, reflecting its entry into mainstream national infrastructure development.
Today, his leadership has positioned the LTG brand among the most trusted names in India’s infrastructure and real estate sectors.

Beliefs & Interests
An avid reader, philanthropist, and change-maker, Mr. Lakshmana believes in breaking limitations and building possibilities. His personal interests extend far beyond business:
